Easter Monday 2009: St Mary's Loch
The weather forecast leading up to this Easter Bank Holiday Monday was for rain, however it was a really nice day, bright and more importantly - dry.
It was good to see some old faces and those we haven't seen since they past their test. Todays run was over 190 miles of excellent biking roads to St Mary's Loch.
A good turn out of 22 bikes and a nice dry morning to be riding them.
We set off from the unit and headed north through Ponteland up to Carter Bar .
Comfort break for some at England/Scotland border.
On arrival at St Mary's Loch, we waited in line to grab some food.

The thing about having Harley's and Vmax's in the group is that we need to stop for petrol after 100 miles cos they have small tanks.
We had another stop at Carter Bar on the way home.
Thanks to all those who turned out today, It was an excellent day.
If you want to join us for the next ride-out please let us know by email. We will then email everyone in plenty of time with arrangements.
